Additional Information

The 2024 Distingushed Gentlemans Drive Cotswolds Run will start at Manor Farm Frankton Warks CV23 9PB almost opposite St Nicholas Church at the bottom of Main St Frankton ( what three words: w3w.co/choppers.dragonfly.testers) with assembly from approx 9.30am. Please park sensibly and so as to allow access to other Farm Buildings. There is plenty of Parking available. A toilet is available.There are several Petrol Stations enroute but please make sure that you have enough fuel for say 50 miles - plus your return destination!

A DGD 2024 Cotswolds Run Rally Plaque will be available (with ties) for your Car - please donate £10 towards costs.

Our host at the Start,  Adrian Gardner is kindly providing free refreshments - Bacon Rolls Tea/Coffe ( Vetegarian Option available).

The Run will depart at approx 10.30/45 - Detailed Route Maps will be provided. The Route will also have Route Markers as White Arrows indicating key turning points for you. 

It is NOT important to stay in Convoy and inevitably with Road Junctions and Traffic Lights etc the Convoy will get divided. 

You might be asked to depart in small groups to avoid traffic issues, and to make for an enjoyable Run for all.

Simply follow the Route Map which follows the Fosse Way to our wonderful Destination the renowned Classic Car Hub at Ablington GL7 5FF appox a 50 mile Run.

This is a former WW2 RAF base - now a collection of former Hangers housing an array of mouthwatering Classics as a  sales venue. 

Importantly, we have Designated Car Parking in one of the large Car Parks. So please look for the DGD A frame chalk board. There is an excellent Cafe and Shop available for food and drinks. And of course do take time to browse the exotica in the vast showrooms.

Please stay as long as you wish and depart from here at your leisure.
